Our congress will be held at Balıkesir University Burhaniye BUBYO Applied Hotel.

BUBYO Practice Hotel, as a training and practice facility affiliated to Balıkesir University Burhaniye Faculty of Applied Sciences, is located in Ören, the pearl of the North Aegean, which hosts different guest profiles in four seasons and is easily accessible by both air and road.

For accommodation, the congress organizing committee has made an agreement with Balıkesir University Burhaniye Application Hotel. Special price list and contact information for our congress participants are given below. Please provide the information of our congress to reserve a room.

* The above prices include breakfast-lunch-dinner.
* Water, Tea-Coffee Set-up in the rooms are complimentary for our guests.
* Check-in time of our hotel starts at 14:00 and Check-out time is 12:00 at the latest.
* Early check-in or late check-out requests will be met considering the hotel occupancy.
* Additional bed support is provided for the 3rd person in the standard room. In the suite room; additional bed support is provided for the 4th person and the seating group is converted into a bed for the 5th person.
* Guests who do not stay in a room will be charged extra for lunch and dinner.
* Guests who do not stay in a room will be charged a gala participation fee (800 TL).
